I am David Zelibka of London, Ontario. I am a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of Ontario (Registration Number 15240). I am licensed to practice in the province of Ontario and have been actively practicing physiotherapy in direct client care for the past fourteen years. I am also on the College of Physical Therapists of Ontario special rosters with entitlement to practice the restricted activities of dry needling and spinal manipulation.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the Faculty of Rehabilitative Medicine at the University of Alberta (2005). I hold Certification in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (CGIMS) and Certification from the Acupucuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI). I hold certification from the Barcelona Schroth Physical Therapy School to provide specialized care for youth with scoliosis. I have completed training up to Level III in the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy program offered by through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. I have worked as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant at the University of Alberta faculty of Rehabilitative Medicine. I am a clnical instructor for the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation dry needling training program.
